Here I go again! I am trying to achieve a healthier way of life for myself and my family: full of good tasting REAL food and exercise, too. I like to review recipes (especially from Cooking Light magazine). I am following the Weight Watcher's program and am trying to move a little everyday. (I'll try not to groan about boot camp too much!)
My new, ultimate goal is to lose 50 pounds- one pound at a time.
I have 2 children, one husband and no other pets. They are the harshest food critics in my recipe reviews. Just saying.
