I'm pledging to do a little something, something every day this week to burn off the last of the end of summer weight gain. I THINK I can do it over the next 2 weeks.
*sigh* Crazy how easy it is to go in the opposite direction of weight loss, eh? The summer feels a million years ago, but the extra weight is still here. ( Can't taste the poutine, but still can feel it. lol. )

I had a big gain last winter, and now here we are close to winter again and it still isn't gone. I always think those dance mats look fun but sadly I haven't the co-ordination to use them properly!
sometimes the weight is just water. Try lots of water today and fruits an d veggies....pears are great and raw spinach. You may see those 2 lbs gone as early as tomorrow ;) Drink, drink, drink like there's no tomorrow..........water not beer ;)
Don't worry about the past. Your future is looking mighty bright! :)
Thanks for the encouragement, cyber chums! I definitely should try to up my water intake.
and "better idiot" my dance mat is in my basement- so no one sees my lack of co-ordination. A big bonus to free style dancing add ons, I think! :P (You should try one out!) :) This new one seems easier than the first one on the wii. (or maybe I'm getting better?!) ;)

Thanks Carla! My weight actually dipped back down again- partly cause I'm not feeling well, I think and so have made many trips to the bathroom. Oh well!
