The Big Plan

Coming out of my winter of crazy, uncontrolled eating (why? oh why?), I'm recommitting to WW on-line again. This will be my journal of accountability. har. I've got a goal and this time I'm going to stick to it until I reach it (rather than peter out just as I'm approaching success). Why do I do that?!

I plan to get back to working out everyday (at least do something!) and eat interesting, but healthy foods. I will not focus on having a perfect body, but try be happy with a healthy, somewhat strong one.
