WI Day and Chinese Food

Yeah! I made it to my official Wednesday WI without a major salt retention or sudden weight gain tsunami and was even 1/2 pound down more from my peek- bringing me to a 10 pound loss exactly! woo hoo! I'm back in the 160s for June- a mini goal I had. Ok, so it's not the first of June, but I'll take it!

My other weight loss hurdle today is a party that I'm going to after work where we're having Chinese food and I don't think they're getting the steamed rice, if you know what I mean.

Welcome to the 160's. Keep up the great work.
I adore chinese food too. I was soooo eyeing it up at the food court today. My mother and I went shopping and went for lunch. I had to keep telling myself "SUBWAY, SUBWAY, SUBWAY" There was just so much nummyness along the way. Those Teen Burgers, Fast Food Chinese and Terriyaki were all calling to me.
Portion control and going for the stuff with the most amount of veggies will help. And if all else fails... a great workout with the Wii Fit to give you some extra AP's to eat.

Thanks ladies! :) I had a light lunch and then just had a plate with a small amount of everything and enjoyed it! The wine was good, too. lol. I do so love Chinese food once in awhile. :)
